A joint venture comprising AVONIA Real Estate, MERKUR Development Holding, and OSWA Planen und Bauen Stuttgart’s Pragsattel has completed an office and hotel complex with about 11,000 sqm of usable floor space and 89 underground parking spaces. The highrise with 182 hotel rooms has unrivaled views of the adjoining Killesberg area and downtown Stuttgart. The offices, with about 3,500 sqm to rent, will be housed in a separate six-storey building within the complex.

AVONIA Real Estate and MERKUR Development Holding have jointly build a new hotel at the former Weber site in Esslingen, with 227 double bedrooms and 60 parking spaces. This new complex, with roughly 7,500 sqm of usable floor space on six floors (including a basement) is operated by NOVUM Hospitality of Hamburg under the “the niu Timber” name. Opening was in October 2019.
