AVONIA Real Estate is developing a new hotel on the former Hotel Koch lot. This project comprises roughly 6,225 sqm of gross floor space and an underground garage for 27 vehicles. The 136 hotel rooms will arise in a staggered building structure, comprising a ground floor and six upper floors. It is situated right next to the Waiblingen train station – within walking distance of the downtown area.

A joint venture comprising AVONIA Real Estate, MERKUR Development Holding, and OSWA Planen und Bauen Stuttgart’s Pragsattel has completed an office and hotel complex with about 11,000 sqm of usable floor space and 89 underground parking spaces. The highrise with 182 hotel rooms has unrivaled views of the adjoining Killesberg area and downtown Stuttgart. The offices, with about 3,500 sqm to rent, will be housed in a separate six-storey building within the complex.

Opening was in October 2019.
